RESET
An evidence-based seminar helping healthcare professionals build resilience, navigate grief and loss, and stay connected to the work they're called to do.
You belong here.
You spend your days caring for others.
RESET was created to spend a day caring for you.
What began as a doctoral project in Indiana was driven by a simple but important goal: to increase nurses' intent to stay by providing the support, tools, and resources they need to sustain themselves in meaningful work.
Many healthcare professionals do not want to leave the work they love. They simply do not know how to stay without running on empty.
What many healthcare professionals lack are practical tools and a space where they feel seen, supported, and refreshed.
RESET was created to help change that.
Through evidence-based education, practical strategies, meaningful connection, and a healthy dose of humor, RESET helps healthcare professionals build the resilience, support, and capacity needed to continue caring for others without losing themselves in the process.
Called to Care, Supported to Stay.
At every RESET, we focus on helping you strengthen the personal and professional foundations that make sustainable healthcare possible. These pillars are:
Personal Resilience
Gain practical tools to navigate stress and strengthen and sustain your wellbeing through the challenges of healthcare.
Processing Grief & Loss
Learn healthy ways to process the emotional realities of caring for others and carrying loss over time.
Connection to Workplace
Reconnect with purpose and strengthen your commitment to the meaningful work you’re called to.
Humor & Connection
Be refreshed through moments of laughter, human connection, and encouragement alongside meaningful learning.
It’s Time to RESET.
RESET is often described as a deep breath.
A chance to step away from the demands of healthcare, connect with people who understand, and remember that your wellbeing matters too.
Participants leave feeling refreshed and supported with practical tools and a renewed sense of purpose.
One attendee shared, "My Aura Ring showed that RESET was the least stressed I had been all year!"
Sometimes what healthcare professionals need most is an opportunity to reset.
Stay whole.
Stay resilient.
Stay connected to the work you are called to.
At Supported to Stay, we believe healthcare professionals deserve more than a pizza party and encouragement to simply "keep going." They deserve practical tools and spaces where they feel seen, valued, and supported.
That is why RESET exists.
Our heart and goal with every event is to help you build the resilience you need to sustain your wellbeing and stay connected to the work you feel called to do.
You have a place here.
Working in healthcare is both incredibly rewarding and deeply emotional.
As an oncology nurse practitioner, I understand firsthand the impact this work can have on those who care for others. That is why I would love for you to join us as we explore the unique challenges and meaningful moments that come with this profession.
Together, we will support one another, learn practical tools for resilience and wellbeing, and find ways to stay healthy and whole as we continue caring for others.
Because while we are called to care for others, we deserve to be supported too.
